QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Minimum Qualifications 

• High School Diploma

• 8+ years’ experience in process analysis, design and documentation
• 3+ years’ experience developing detailed requirements and test cases

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree

• Business Analyst (IIBA) certification a plus 

• Knowledge of business functions, and the impact of interactions between client areas
• Working knowledge of systems design process and methodology
• Proficiency with analytical testing tools
• Experience translating design principles into actions
• Proven influencing, mediation and negotiation skills
• Exhibits capacity to work in uncharted situations, without direction or procedures
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access) and SharePoint
• Proficient with process documentation tools
• Knowledge of Finance systems and transactions preferred
