With a mixture of permanent and fixed term contracts, we recruit for –

               Claims Handlers
               Customer Service Advisors

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year so you will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern, working 35 hours per week over 5 days which will include, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.


We will also provide you with the support and training throughout your career, with the intention of making you the best you can be to provide excellent service to our customer in a time of need.

What training will I get?

You will undergo 4-5 weeks of training during the hours of 9 to 5.  Due to the comprehensive nature of our training, no previous experience is necessary, however, the basics of good customer service and an excellent telephone manner is a must!  Please be aware that our training is mandatory, we will be unable to honour any holiday during this time.

Who we are looking for?

The most important attribute we look for is the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, understanding the value of our customers and the impact it has on our brand.

You must be able to communicate in a clear and confident manner, active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with our customers.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a natural empathetic manner with an understanding of how to support people through their time of need.
