AXA24 is the strategic division of AXA, driving online business and online relationship.

 

Role & Responsibilities

·        In charge of the ecommerce team which includes 3 main pillars: Online Traffic Generation, Online Conversion & Web Analytics

·        Online traffic generation:

o   Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans, define budgets according to targets and performance

o   Plan and execute all digital marketing : SEO/SEM, affiliates marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns

o   Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

o   Ensure accurate budget follow-up and propose reallocation depending on performance

o   Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies and acquisition campaigns

o   Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

·        Online conversion and web analytics

o   Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

o   Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

o   Recommend optimized user experience and collaborate with internal teams to create appropriate journeys

o   Develop and contribute to implementation of web analytics tools

·        General

o   Select and drive agencies and other vendor partners which includes budget management

o   Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

o   Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


Required Skills/Experience
Master degree in (digital) marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• At least 10+ years of professional experiences in e-commerce / digital marketing :
    o Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, affiliates marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    o Experience in CRO by optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    o Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    o Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, …)
    o Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Adform, Sizmek, DART, Atlas)
    o Any digital certifications is a strong plus (Google Analytics, Adobe,…)
• People management of expert profiles, team of 4 people
• Excellent communication, stakeholders management and mentoring skills.
• Strong collaborative skills and learning attitude
• Result oriented and strong business mindset and Customer first attitude
• Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English
• Knowledge of Insurance Industry is a plus but not a prerequisite.
