  • Masters degree in Health and Safety (Preferred) Degree in Health and Safety (minimum)


  • Chartered membership of appropriate professional body (IOSH, etc.)

Overall work experience in the field

  • Experience in corporate safety management systems   > 5 years

  • Experience in operational safety management or consulting > 5 years

  • Experience of auditing standards

Skills / abilities

  • Knowledge of international duty of care principals

  • Operate comfortably at management level

  • Experience in working in stressful, complex situations

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong networking skills

  • Ability to work independently and in team

  • Apply analytical rigor to understand complex situation

  • Professional and positive approach

  • Diligent with attention to detail

  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required

  • Ability to progress several projects and activities in parallel

  • Ability and will to learn

  • Result-oriented mindset

  • Global mindset

  • Willing to travel regularly

  • Fluent in English with some French an advantage (Business Language will be English)
