The Lead Manager IT Operations Assessment & Assurance will lead a team of full-time employee and consultants. The leader will serve as a key liaison between IT, CISO, internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of compliance and regulatory requirements. They will be a subject-matter expert and advisor on technical and security issues concerning compliance. Will build and maintain partnerships with Operational Risk management, Information Technology management, Internal /External Auditors and Business management. Manage the successful remediation, closure, and ongoing monitoring of IT Audit issues across key applications, databases, and infrastructure. Additionally, perform responsibilities as requested to meet overall business objectives of our transforming business initiatives.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:
•Provide direct assistance to internal/external auditors as assigned during their audit of Information /Security Systems.
•Organize interchange meetings with IT & Business stakeholders
•Contribute to risk, security, compliance initiatives and services as appropriate
•Build and maintain partnership with various business stakeholders
•Oversee and manage recommendations or improvements of related risks, deficiencies, gaps or issues
•Deliver relevant key metrics & reporting
•Lead remediation of related risks, deficiencies, gaps or issues

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor’s degree Required: Information Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science
•10+ years of experience in information security designs and best practices
•10+ years of experience of cyber security engineering, network architecture and application security
•10+ years working in IT Risk analysis, auditing and/or information security practices
•5+ year of experience working in risks and risk mitigation strategies
•10+ years direct experience working with regulators, internal & external auditors, third party vendors and IT on IT control management and remediation
•5+ years managing direct reports and consultants

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS (GPEN, GCIH, GSNA)
•Stellar communications with the ability to manage in a matrix report structure
•Organizational Agility with the ability to plan and execute on project plans quickly within a transforming organization
•Ability to execute and think with a strong control and process mindset
•Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision
