�Bachelor�s degree Required: Information Security, Information Technology, or Computer Science
�10+ years of experience in information security designs and best practices
�10+ years of experience of cyber security engineering, network architecture and application security
�10+ years working in IT Risk analysis, auditing and/or information security practices
�5+ year of experience working in risks and risk mitigation strategies
�10+ years direct experience working with regulators, internal & external auditors, third party vendors and IT on IT control management and remediation
�5+ years managing direct reports and consultants

�Certifications preferred: CISSP, CEH, OSCP, SANS (GPEN, GCIH, GSNA)
�Stellar communications with the ability to manage in a matrix report structure
�Organizational Agility with the ability to plan and execute on project plans quickly within a transforming organization
�Ability to execute and think with a strong control and process mindset
�Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision
