This role is responsible for providing support related to onboarding all associates in our three office locations including first time tech review (login to kisosk, convert act to AWP, office365.com, access email, email signature, OneDrive, Paperclip signup, MS apps & order AWP laptop once contracted), review AXA.com, direct deposit, ADR, paystub, benefits enrollment site, order first supply of business cards, licensee reimbursements, mailbox issuance, issue phone extension, and workspace, maintain master office extension and cell directories for the branch, manage send work now emergency notification system, upon contracting assign cubical and move phone extension to new location, review Natural Market seminar and schedule meeting with Evelyn and Dm to implement, review Client College, add new agents to training schedule and add them to PDS and Deep Dive training invites. Rotation at front desk once per week.


  • 2-4 years of onboarding/recruiting coordinator experience
  • 2-4 years of MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Research and data gathering ability
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
