QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in a talent management role
Experience in design and implementation of talent management processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience with change management methodology and processes
Familiar with different talent assessment tools
Proven ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid professional relationships.
High energy level; comfortable performing multifaceted projects.
Strategic mindset coupled with a recognized sense of execution.
A highly effective listener and problem solver.
Energetic, decisive, and creative forward-thinker.
Articulate and persuasive communicator, both orally and written. Effective at influencing without authority.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with management and staff.
Results driven. Enthusiastic, positive, upbeat "can-do" attitude
