QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:
� Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance 
� 5+ years of audit experience with regulatory compliance and large-scale implementation of processes and/or systems 

Preferred Qualifications:
 MBA
 CPA, CIA and/or CISA
� 5+ years of Actuarial audit experience
� Experience with EUC, Key Reports, ITGC's and ITDC's
� Knowledge of application of COSO Risk and Internal Control framework
� Understanding of professional IIA performance standards in regards to planning, testing, sampling and documentation
� Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
� Well-developed technical skills in Word and Excel
� Experience with Wdesk a plus
� Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with all levels across the company
