Senior Manager, Sales Training

• Must have the desire to become a world-class presenter, facilitator or coach. Strong presence in group settings; ability to lead calls and live groups with confidence, speak in front of large audiences, and engage groups with high positive energy.
• Team and stakeholder relationship management skills, and ability to rally multiple constituents around a common goal, agenda, or idea.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance or ability to learn the business quickly. Note that FINRA Series 6, 63 and Life and Health licenses are not required to begin the role, but may be required in the future.
• Willingness to travel to key meetings and Charlotte headquarters as needed approximately once per month and possibly more during busy meeting seasons.
• Extraordinary attention to detail, including the ability to create and keep a project plan and identify and correct errors through proof-reading.
• Top-notch communication skills, especially email. A writing sample will be requested.
• Strong computer operation and software skills, especially the Microsoft Office suite, with particular emphasis on Word and PowerPoint, which will be used to create meeting collateral and training materials.
• Ability and desire to learn new technology and tools in short order.
