Reporting to the Lead Manager of Treasury Operations, the Treasury Cash Desk Manager will be responsible to carry out operational, control and workflow tasks related to the treasury function and treasury workstation functionality. Primary objective is to coordinate with Cash Desk team members to ensure daily activities such as outgoing wires, daily trades, peer review activities, daily reporting and other similar operational functions are managed efficiently in a manner to optimize the utilization of cash and banking services. Analysis activities will include cash management, basic cash forecasting / modeling, and assistance with system maintenance of the treasury workstation.

Key Activities:
• Daily cash management responsibility including cash transfers and balance positioning
o Initiate, review, and completion of manual outgoing wires and ACH transfers
o Process manual outgoing wires, ACH transfers, and other funding activities
o Review, analyze, and settlement of daily receipt and disbursement information
o Assist in the daily cash balance register process to determine net available cash
• Perform activities within the Treasury Workstation system
o Run manual and monitor scheduled jobs to ensure they execute cleanly and on schedule, reporting anomalies to management as they occur.
o Assist in maintenance of all Bank, Account, Model ID, Worksheet, Report, Job, and User setup structures
• Support daily reporting of Cash Position Analysis and Money Market Fund Holdings for capital planning and liquidity forecasting processes
• Assist in the gathering of data to open and close bank accounts as per cash management requirements
• Maintain bank account documentation such as operational contact lists for each bank and account on a regular basis
• Assist in maintaining treasury departmental processes, controls, job aids and policy documents
• Implement process efficiencies and improvements as directed by treasury management.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with business line contacts, banking partners, and service providers
• Perform tasks adhering to SOX and regulations and department procedures.
• Provide information supporting bank reconciliation, bank balance reporting or other closing activities as necessary
• Participate on special projects as necessary such as process improvement related initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 2-3-year experience in a Corporate Treasury role preferred.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability for accuracy
• Knowledge of commonly-used finance concepts, practices, and procedures
• Operating experience with online bank platforms and Treasury Management systems a plus
• Basic skills in Excel and Word
